1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within **1–2 business days** after payment confirmation.  
• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.  
• During heavy sales or festival seasons, processing may take **1–3 additional days**.

2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
• Metro Cities: 5–9 business days  

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier workload, weather, strikes, holidays, etc.

We ship through trusted courier partners like:

• Ekart  
• Ecom Express  

Tracking details are shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

6. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link.  
You can track your shipment through:
• Courier tracking page  
• SMS / Email updates  
• Customer support (on request)

7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete address  
• Wrong phone number  
• Customer unavailable / not answering calls  
• Refusal to accept the package  

If the order returns back to us as **RTO (Return to Origin)**:
• For prepaid orders, reshipping charges may apply

8. Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
• You must inform us within **24–48 hours** of delivery  
• Provide unboxing video + photos (mandatory)  
• We will arrange replacement or refund as per our Return Policy

9. International Shipping
International shipping is available.
